• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage time and work well under pressure
• High School Diploma (or equivalent education/experience)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift (up to 40 lbs), pull, bend and carry trays continuously throughout a shift
• Requires good communication skills, can converse comfortably with guests
• Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
• Work experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
• Frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
