Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. seeks an on-site Security Center Administrator to manage Genetec Security Center across Access Control and Video Management at multiple NAM sites.

You will lead patching, firmware upgrades, platform upgrades, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with security policies and proper change management. Strong collaboration with IT, security, and facilities is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on Genetec Security Center administration (Access Control and Video Management).
• Experience upgrading firmware on Synergis controllers and IP cameras.
• Experience in Windows Server patch management and routine maintenance.
• Experience leading or supporting Security Center upgrades, including planning and rollback procedures.
• Strong technical writing for procedures and documentation.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals as they relate to security devices.
• Ability to work on-site as resident resource across NAM region.
• Strong communication and coordination with client IT, security, and facilities stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Genetec Security Center across Access Control and Video Management.
• Perform routine server patching and OS updates on Security Center servers.
• Plan and execute firmware upgrades for controllers and IP cameras.
• Lead Security Center software upgrades with testing and rollback.
• Write SOPs/MOPs for patching, upgrades, backups, and admin tasks.
• Monitor system health and remediate issues before operations are affected.
• Manage user roles and permissions per security policies.
• Coordinate with IT/network teams for infrastructure and integrations.
• Support investigations by exporting video and access data per chain-of-custody.
• Maintain accurate system documentation and change records.
• Participate in change management approvals and communications.
• Provide guidance and training to site personnel on platform use.
