Job Requirements and Responsibilities
- Genesys Cloud CX Professional certification.
- Familiarity with integrated Genesys Cloud and Salesforce solutions.
- Experience in delivering solutions onto Genesys Cloud.
- Experience in voice and non-voice routing.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate sophisticated processes and influence a wide range of collaborators.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support the governance of template solutions and facilitate design changes through the relevant design authority or forum.
- Understand business requirements and complex business processes to translate them into simplified requirements for solution investigation.
- Propose designs for global standard solutions to meet business needs.
- Explain concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to functional specifications for solution design.
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentation materials for template familiarization, fit-gap analysis, solution design, user training, and team knowledge sharing.
- Support template fit-gap and user training sessions.
- Participate in peer review processes for design changes, providing constructive feedback.
- Identify, analyze, and define problems.
- Develop testing scenarios for new designs or modifications to ensure robustness.
