Genesis10 is currently seeking a Financial Crimes & Risk Assessment Consultant with our client in the financial industry, located in Charlotte, NC, and New York, NY. This is a 7+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead project deliverables by developing project plans, organizing action items, scheduling meetings, and communicating status updates to leadership.
2. Partner with business and control teams to support enterprise-wide financial crimes assessments.
3. Conduct RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) activities and evaluate compliance requirements.
4. Review and identify key controls to mitigate risk.
5. Support administrative tasks such as taking meeting minutes and document organization.
6. Perform data analysis and contribute to project management activities.

Required Qualifications:

1. 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
2. Project management and organizational skills.
3. Expertise in risk and control assessments.
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and project planning.
5. Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
6. Excellent time management and communication skills.

Pay Range:

$72,000 - $82,000
