Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking a Genesys Specialist in Plano, TX, with onsite 3 days a week and a hybrid office location. The role requires expertise across Genesys IVR, cloud platforms, and integration with third-party systems. You will configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade Genesys components while collaborating with partners and vendors.

Applicants must be USC or GC eligible, with strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of contact center topology. W2 pay ranges from $60–65 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience with Genesys IVR and cloud-based deployments.
• Strong knowledge of IVR scripting, routing, and reporting.
• Experience upgrading Genesys/NICE platforms and integrating third-party systems.

Location: Onsite 3 days a wk; Hybrid – Office location is Plano TX

Required Pay Scale: $60-65hr W2

Summary

Genesys Specialist with expertise in development and Implementation with Genesys contact center solutions On-premise and Cloud;

• Configure and troubleshoot Genesys software and hardware components
• Integrate Genesys with Third-party applications and Systems
• Strong experience with Genesys Framework including IVR development /Scripting,Routing Strategy and Reporting
• Working experience on Major Genesys and NICE platform upgrades
• Utilize Genesys cloud APIs,SDKs and tools to build integrations and extensions
• Experience with Genesys products (PureCloud, PureEngage,PureConnect)
• Experience with call recording platforms (NICE, Genesys IR)
• Experience with Genesys Cloud APIs,SDKs and development tools
• Knowledge on Genesys Cloud security features
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong and confident knowledge in Contact Center network topology
• Coordinate with other tech partners like Avaya, network partners and product vendors
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and related process.
• Ability to arrange and write Design Documents.
