Job summary

Solugenix is seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Engineer for a 12-month contract, onsite position based in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on designing and maintaining Genesys Cloud CX solutions and AWS integrations, including IVR, Architect flows, ACD routing, and outbound campaigns.

The candidate will lead API development, secure integrations, vendor coordination, and ensure platform availability, performance, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience configuring and deploying Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
• Proficient in building IVR, Architect flows, and ACD routing.
• Experience with cloud integrations (AWS) and API development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage vendor-driven implementations and upgrades.

• Act as the primary technical liaison between the client, Genesys Cloud, AWS, and vendors.
• Manage vendor-led implementation activities, upgrades, patches, and maintenance windows.

Solugenix is seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Engineer for a 12-month contract, onsite position based in San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications:

• Solid 15+ years of experience in Genesys platform.
• Strong Genesys Cloud.
• Programming Experience.
• Integration with Genesys cloud & AWS.
• Able to work independently (Problem solver) not order taker.
• Call routing, API development.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain Genesys Cloud CX solutions, including IVR, Architect flows, ACD routing, queues, digital channels, and outbound campaigns.
• Develop and implement platform enhancements, new features, and configuration changes based on business requirements.
• Administer Genesys Cloud environments, including user management, roles, permissions, and telephony configurations.
• Ensure platform availability, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Design, develop, and support integrations between Genesys Cloud and AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, and DynamoDB.
• Develop secure APIs, Data Actions, and serverless integration components.
• Integrate Genesys Cloud with enterprise applications, including CRM, ERP, identity management, and other third-party systems.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between the Capital Group and Genesys Cloud, AWS, telecommunications, and third-party integration vendors.
• Manage vendor-led implementation activities, upgrades, patches, and maintenance windows with minimal business disruption.
• Collaborate with AWS and third-party vendors to troubleshoot integration, networking, API, and infrastructure issues.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $80/hour to $85/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
