Job summary

Innovatix Technology Partners seeks a seasoned Genesys engineer to design, implement, and maintain our enterprise contact center platforms. You will work across Genesys Voice and Digital components, including E-Services, UCS, Chat Server and GMS, ensuring robust, scalable operations.

Candidates should have hands-on Red Hat Linux administration, Oracle PL/SQL, and scripting in Python/Perl/Node.js with cron jobs.

Qualifications

• Design and implement Genesys Engage components across framework, SIP, routing and CTI.
• Proven experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Genesys Voice and Digital platforms.
• Hands-on Red Hat Linux administration in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with Oracle database and PL/SQL in production settings.
• Automation and scripting using Python, Perl or Node.js; including cron jobs.
• Experience providing L3 production support and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support and incident resolution for enterprise contact center infra.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain stable operations.
