Job summary

Innovatix Technology Partners seeks a Senior Genesys Engage Engineer (Voice & CTI) to design, implement, and support Genesys Voice infrastructure and related technologies in Middletown, NJ. The role requires SME-level knowledge of Genesys Engage, CTI frameworks, SIP, routing strategies, and scripting in Perl/Python.

The engineer will install and troubleshoot end-to-end voice and digital interactions, support convergence projects, and collaborate with CTX and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• SME in Genesys Engage Voice and CTI technologies with proven design and implementation experience.
• Genesys Engage Design and Implementation Certification required.
• Ability to install Genesys applications and troubleshoot end-to-end voice and digital interactions, providing incident support as needed.
• Provide project and implementation support for convergence technologies.
• Interface with CTX and peer teams on acceptance and testing of technologies.
• Resolve complex service problems for internal and vendor CTI solutions via conference calls with multiple teams.
• Administrative work knowledge of RedHat Linux, Oracle Databases, PL/SQL, Perl, Python, NodeJS and script creation (Perl/Python) and cron jobs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Genesys Voice and CTI implementations.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Genesys applications across platforms.
• Support project delivery for convergence technologies and integrations.
• Coordinate with CTX and partner teams for testing and acceptance.

Role: Senior Genesys Engage Engineer (Voice & CTI)

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Middletown, NJ - 07748

Overall Purpose

Provide Design, Implement and Support for all technologies related to Genesys Contact Center Voice infrastructure and applications. Experienced with Genesys CTI, Framework, Stat and SIP server technologies, Routing strategies, T-Lib SDK, E-Services which include Interaction Server, UCS, Chat server and GMS.

1. Subject matter expert (SME) in all areas of the Voice and CTI technologies. Genesys Engage Design and Implementation Certification require.
2. Has the ability to install Genesys applications and troubleshoot end-2-end voice and digital interactions, providing incident support as required on all managed Genesys platforms.
3. Provide project and implementation support for all convergence technologies.
4. Interface directly with CTX and peer teams on issues relating to acceptance and testing of the technologies previously described.
5. Resolve or assist in resolving complex service problems for internal and Vendor partner CTI solutions through multiparty conference calls with various work centers, local access providers, internal/external customers and equipment vendors.
6. Skill must include administrative work knowledge of RedHat Linux, Oracle Databases, PL/SQL, Perl, Python, NodeJS and has the ability to create scripts in Perl and/or Python and setup cron jobs.
