Job summary

PNC is seeking a versatile Genesys Cloud Engineer to design, administer, and optimize our cloud-based contact center platform. Based in multiple U.S. locations, you will work with IVR flows, API integrations (OAuth), and data actions to support enterprise operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in contact center engineering, strong Genesys Cloud expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contact center engineering, with deep Genesys Cloud experience.
• Strong knowledge of Genesys Cloud architecture, admin, and best practices.
• Experience with IVR, queue/campaign management, and integrations using REST APIs/OAuth.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage IVR flows, routing, and queue structures in Genesys Cloud.
• Perform full platform administration: users, campaigns, scripts, prompts, permissions.
• Develop integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs and secure connections (OAuth).
• Configure data actions, reporting, and contact center features for business teams.
• Create/update campaigns and contact lists for outbound operations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and document workflows and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across voice, routing, and integrations.
