Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contact center engineering, with 3+ years in Genesys Cloud.
• Strong experience with call flow design and user/access controls.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

• Develop and maintain integrations with internal systems using Genesys Cloud APIs.
• Support Agile ceremonies and maintain documentation.
