Qualifications

• Significant experience in Genesys Cloud CX development, support, and operations.
• Experience in Agile and SDLC environments.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a global delivery model and support production environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in capturing user needs through interviews and workshops.
• Participate in design discussions to document software specifications.
• Develop and document code for new applications per design specs.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, and report defects.
• Support integration of new features within the existing system.
