Job summary
Lucet, a national behavioral health leader, is seeking an IT Business Analyst to implement and support business information systems across departments. You will partner with Product Owners and leadership to define needs, manage backlogs, and translate business requirements into technical solutions in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
You will also support Genesys Cloud administration, routing, IVR, queues, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize contact
Qualifications
- Degree in Analysis, Technical/Business Administration, or Communication fields with 3 years experience
- 6 years total experience in Business Analyst roles
- Experience with SDLC in Agile and Waterfall
- 2+ years hands-on Genesys Cloud support/administration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to pass background checks
- Experience with call routing, IVR, workforce tools
- Ability to work independently and in teams
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements with stakeholders and translate to technical solutions
- Lead roadmap planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and project decisions
- Create and maintain BRD, project charters, UAT plans, status updates
- Track software progress and coordinate issue resolution
- Serve as SME for supported products
- Configure and optimize Genesys Cloud routing, IVR, queues, reporting
- Collaborate across teams to improve call handling and workflows
