Job summary

Realign Llc is seeking a Genesys Cloud CX Developer/Architect to design and implement cloud contact center solutions. The candidate will work on architecture, administration, and API integrations, including Softphone integration, to modernize CCaaS capabilities.

The role requires strong Node.js, REST, SOAP experience and the ability to build dashboards monitoring queue activity and agent performance. Certification in Genesys Cloud CX is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with design, development and administration in Genesys Cloud CX.
• Experience integrating Softphone API with Genesys CX.
• Proficiency with Node.js, REST and SOAP for Genesys APIs.
• Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity and agent performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop in Genesys Cloud CX and related architecture.
• Develop a roadmap for CCaaS transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Integrate Softphone APIs with Genesys CX.
• Troubleshoot routing/configuration issues and maintain system health.
