Realign Llc is seeking a Genesys Cloud CX Developer/Architect to design and implement cloud contact center solutions. The candidate will work on architecture, administration, and API integrations, including Softphone integration, to modernize CCaaS capabilities.

The role requires strong Node.js, REST, SOAP experience and the ability to build dashboards monitoring queue activity and agent performance. Certification in Genesys Cloud CX is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with design, development and administration in Genesys Cloud CX.
• Experience integrating Softphone API with Genesys CX.
• Proficiency with Node.js, REST and SOAP for Genesys APIs.
• Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity and agent performance.

• Design and Development experience in Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.
• Develop roadmap for CCaaS transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Experience in Softphone API integration with Genesys CX
• Experience in Genesy SDK
• Experience in Genesys Cloud CX administration, configuration and implementation.
• Strong experience Node.JS/ Rest, SOAP and Genesys APIs.
• Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity, agent performance, and interactions.
• Strong Experience in Genesys Cloud admin and configuration including contact center ,telephony, routing, people and permissions and outbound.
• Experience in Genesys installation and configuration
• Troubleshooting experiences with the issues in configuring and routing related issues.

Desired skills.:

• Experience with Genesys on-prem and understanding of various Genesys components and composer development.
• Exposure for Java/J2EE development and API Development /Scripting integration
• Genesys Cloud CX certification preferred.
