Job summary

ZealHire Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end design and implementation of Genesys Cloud CX solutions. You will architect complex voice, digital, IVR, and routing features, and own integrations via REST APIs, webhooks, and SDKs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contact center engineering experience, including hands-on Genesys Cloud (CX) in production environments.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions using Genesys Cloud APIs, integrations, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate architectural design and configuration subject matter expertise for Audiocare solution in Genesys Cloud.
• Lead solution architecture and technical design for Genesys Cloud features (voice, digital, IVR, routing, integrations, reporting).
• Configure and optimize Genesys Cloud components (Architect flows, queues, skills, routing, ACD, callbacks).
• Design, build, and maintain integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs (REST), SDKs, webhooks, and event streams.
