Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep the work area organized and tidy
• Perform daily and weekly operator maintenance of benches
• Collaborate with the team to identify causes of non-compliance and implement corrective actions
• Support foreman with test program cards for generator modules or execute directly when needed
• Order consumables used in testing (antifreeze, diesel, gasoline, AdBlue, oil)
• Notify maintenance or relevant units in case of failures
• Prepare reports and ensure tests follow instructions and specs
• Identify products during production stages and maintain traceability
• Ensure buildings, benches, equipment and materials are properly used and maintained
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisor across the department
• Participate in enterprise training seminars
• Share feedback with section chiefs about work and company
• Comply with Quality, Environment and OSHA rules and safety precautions
• Participate in Occupational Safety and Health training
• Share opinions, complaints and suggestions about Workplace, OHS, Environment and Quality with the department manager
• Identify risks and opportunities in QA, Environment and OHS Management Systems and contribute to risk reduction
