Job summary

Pearce Services, a technology-enabled provider of asset management for critical infrastructure, is seeking a Generator Technician to service and repair commercial generators on telecom towers regionally. Travel-friendly, independent, and eager to learn will excel.

You will diagnose, maintain, and install components, read blueprints, and respond to generator alarms. The role requires physical ability, 24/7 on-call readiness, and compliance with safety regulations; a DOT physical is required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of generator maintenance experience.
• Experience with generator and electrical maintenance software, hardware, and processes.
• Knowledge of FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations.
• Must pass a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, repair generators; perform upgrades.
• Run performance checks and routine maintenance.
• Install fuel/water lines, pumps, wiring, and controls.
• Respond to alarms; on-call 24/7 as needed.
