Pearce Services in the United States is seeking a Generator Technician to service and repair commercial generators on cell towers regionally. This role suits independent, self-starting professionals willing to travel and thrive in a fast-paced telecom environment.

You will perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs, install components, and respond promptly to alarms. A safety-first mindset and flexibility for on-call hours are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of generator maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience with generator and electrical maintenance-related software, hardware, and processes.
• Basic knowledge of FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining generators, diagnosing and repairing problems, installing components or entire systems, and performing maintenance or upgrades on out-of-season equipment.
• Reading blueprints and design specifications to install or repair equipment and perform performance checks.
• Install fuel and water supply lines, pumps, electrical wiring and controls, and test for proper operation.
• Respond promptly to Power/Generator alarms and be on-call up to 24/7 when necessary.
• Adhere to safety practices and OSHA standards during all tasks.
