Pearce Services is seeking a Generator Technician to service and repair commercial generators on telecom towers across the region. You should be able to travel, work independently, and respond to alarms 24/7 as needed.

Core responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, installing components, reading blueprints, and following safety protocols. Candidates should have 2+ years of generator maintenance experience and knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Formación

• Two or more years of generator maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of intensive work experience with generator and electrical maintenance software, hardware, and processes.
• Basic knowledge of generator installations and electrical/mechanical components.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining generators, diagnosing and repairing problems, installing and replacing components or entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on generators.
• Install fuel and water lines, pumps, electrical wiring and controls, and test for proper operation.
• Be on call 24/7 for alarms and respond promptly to phone/email notifications.
• Adhere to safety practices and attend designated safety and training meetings.
