Job summary

Mesa Power Solutions in Dickinson, ND seeks a Generator Technician, Service Operations to service natural gas-powered generators and related equipment. You will develop and refine maintenance programs to cut fleet costs and boost reliability, documenting procedures to maintain Mesa standards across field offices.

You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on product improvements, while delivering a uniform and superior customer service experience across sites.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Vocational/Technical degree with an engine or mechanical focus preferred.
• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in a related field from an accredited university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance services on Mesa units.
• Maintains unit records of service and parts usage.
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve promptly.
• Provides superior customer service.
• Follows service checklists to ensure unit readiness.
• Maintains a safe, organized work environment.
• Communicates via phone and computer.
• Works effectively as part of a team.
