Job summary

Mesa Power Solutions in the United States seeks a Generator Technician, Service Operations, to perform maintenance and repair on natural gas-powered generators and related equipment. You will help develop maintenance procedures to standardize service across field offices and collaborate with engineering for product improvements.

The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, an ability to follow safety protocols, strong customer service, and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Vocational/Technical degree with an engine or mechanical focus preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university preferred.
• Must pass Mesa Generator Technician course within 6 months of employment.
• Valid driver’s license with driving record satisfactory to the company/insurers.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services on Mesa units per Mesa standards.
• Record service and parts usage accurately.
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve in a timely manner.
• Provide superior customer service and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Follow service checklists to ensure unit readiness and safety.
