Job summary

Mesa Power Solutions is seeking a Generator Technician, Service Operations to perform maintenance and repair on natural gas-powered generators and related equipment. You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve procedures and reduce costs, while ensuring top-tier customer service and safety standards.

Responsibilities include performing maintenance per Mesa standards, documenting tasks, and maintaining clean, safe work environments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak, write, and read in English.
• High School or GED required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Preferred: 2 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services on Mesa units according to Mesa standards.
• Record service and parts usage accurately.
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve them promptly.
• Provide superior customer service at all times.
• Follow service checklists to verify unit readiness.
• Update knowledge of Mesa units through ongoing study.
