The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, 1 year of field service truck experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to complete Mesa’s Generator Technician course within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Requires High School or GED; vocational/technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance services on Mesa units per Mesa standards.
• Maintains unit records of service and parts used.
• Troubleshoots problems and resolves issues promptly.
• Delivers superior customer service and communicates effectively.
• Follows service checklists to verify unit readiness.
• Documents information and parts usage accurately.
