Job summary

Mesa Power Solutions seeks a Generator Technician to support field service operations for natural gas-powered generators and related equipment. You will develop and follow maintenance procedures to reduce fleet costs while maximizing reliability, and collaborate with engineering for product improvements.

The role emphasizes documentation, safety, and customer service as part of a team that delivers reliable power nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical or vocational degree with an engine/mechanical focus preferred.
• 1 year of experience with 3/4–1-ton service trucks and trailer pulling.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass Mesa Generator Technician course within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services on Mesa units per standards.
• Record service tasks and parts used accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide superior customer service and maintain safety.
• Follow checklists to ensure unit readiness.
• Maintain organized, clean work environments and document work.
