Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Vocational/Technical degree with engine/mechanical focus.
• 4-year degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance services on Mesa units.
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve promptly.
• Maintains unit records by recording service/repair tasks and parts used.
• Provides superior customer service.
• Follows service checklists to ensure unit readiness.
• Maintains safety and company procedures.
