Compensation:

• $50,000 - $80,000+/yr

What YOU Will Do:

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair diesel, natural gas, and propane generators to ensure reliable performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and diagnostics on engines, electrical systems, control panels, and transfer switches to minimize downtime.
• Test newly-installed generators to ensure proper function and resolve issues on the spot.
• Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth.
• Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.
• Own your route and represent Pioneer with professionalism.

What We Need from YOU:

• 3+ years of experience with generators.
• Valid tech ID with Generac (preferred).
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
• Knowledge of the electrical codes and safety procedures.
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable.
• Physical dexterity.
