Generator Supercenter of Savannah in Pooler is seeking a skilled and experienced Generator Technician to service and repair standby Generac generator systems in residential and commercial settings. Candidates should be team players who take pride in their work, with a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction.

The ideal applicant has past experience in generator systems, holds a valid driver's license, and can perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Past experience as a generator technician or comparable education (automotive/HVAC).
• Valid driver's license and over the age of 21+.
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds.

• Repair or service standby generator units to improve efficiency.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Generator Technician to join our team! In this role, you will service, or repair standby Generac generator systems in residences or commercial establishments.

Responsibilities

• Repair or service standby generator units to improve efficiency, such as performing preventive maintenances, running test cycles, and diagnosing down units.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
