This on-site role requires diagnosing issues, documenting calls, and guiding technicians through warranty processes from our Waukesha headquarters. The candidate will handle inbound inquiries, use remote diagnostic tools, and follow standard diagnostic procedures while maintaining professional communication.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in relevant technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose systems; effective documentation.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from Dealer Technicians and respond to questions over the phone.
• Provide accurate, timely notes during calls and document issues clearly.
• Assist Dealer Technicians with remote diagnostic tools and follow diagnostic procedures.
• Troubleshoot installed systems using established techniques.
• Gather documentation on product failure and potential improvements.
• Guide technicians on navigating warranty systems and submitting claims electronically.
