Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Stator Winder B to join our Gas Services team in Charlotte, NC. You’ll engage in winding and assembly activities, ensuring quality through precision measurement and safety practices.

The role involves setting up for heat cycles, brazing, insulation, and collaboration with peers to maintain a productive production line. A high school diploma and prior industrial experience are expected.

Qualifications

  • A high school education or equivalent is required.
  • Ideally, you have 4 or more years of industrial-mechanical experience.
  • Proficiency with shop tools and the ability to use precision measuring equipment.
  • Basic math skills, along with the ability to read, write, and complete simple forms.
  • Successful applicants must pass hearing, vision, and pulmonary tests.
  • You must be fit to wear a respirator.
  • Ability to obtain a fork truck license is required.

  • Wind, block, band, mix resin, clean, braze, insulate, and set up for heat cycles (GVPI) to ensure efficient production.

Imagine engaging in tasks such as winding, blocking, banding, mixing resin, cleaning, brazing, insulating, and setting up for heat cycles (GVPI). Your hands-on experience will be crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
