How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Attain skills in rotor to core assembly, bearings, pedestals, and all other generator components.
  • Utilize your proficiency with shop tools, including grinders, sanders, drills, ratchets, and wrenches, to select the optimal tool for each task.
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs, contributing to the assembly process effectively.
  • Employ precision measuring equipment to ensure accuracy in your work.
  • Complete simple forms and perform basic math tasks to support assembly documentation.
What You Bring
  • A high school education or equivalent is required.
  • Ideally, you have 4 or more years of industrial‑mechanical experience.
  • Proficiency with various shop tools and the ability to choose the right tool for the job.
  • Capability to lift/move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to read, write, and complete simple forms, along with basic math skills.
  • Successful candidates must pass hearing and vision tests.
  • You must be able to obtain a fork truck and crane license.
