Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2-3 years in customer service and/or logistics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with field service or logistics is a plus

Responsibilities

• Schedule service technicians daily in an efficient manner
• Respond to incoming service related calls
• Assist external customers with their service needs
• Prepare quotations of all service related projects and follow up on a weekly basis
• Monitor all daily invoicing and work in progress (WIP) report
• Coordinate with parts department to ensure parts are on hand for service jobs
• Monitor and schedule periodic maintenance agreements
• Input service data in the company operating system
