Starting wages are $24.43/hr with a sign-on bonus; production starting rates are $20.78/hr, with increases every 3 months and top-out in 12 months. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, work instructions, electro mechanical, electronic and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections of assembled generators and components in all departments to detect and report any nonconformances.
• Performs failure analysis of warranty returns, customer complaints, and in-house test failures.
• Provides technical assistance to production and quality assurance functions.
• Observes good safety practices in performance of job.
