Starting rates are posted with a sign-on bonus; multiple shifts are available with premium opportunities. This is a full-time position requiring reliability, attention to detail, and adherence to safety practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write, follow written process instructions, and record critical process information.
• Must be able to perform tasks per standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to safety and housekeeping in the work area.

• Plans and performs sequences of operations where standard methods exist.
• Makes general setup sequence decisions when process monitoring indicates.

Skilled Labor

Starting Rates $24.43 + Sign on bonus

Production Starting Rates $20.78 Increase every 3 months with top out in 12

Work Shift Schedule

• 1st sift 7:00am – 3:30pm
• 2nd shift 3:30pm-10:30pm -work 35 hr > get paid for 40 hr PLUS 5% shift premium.
• 3rd shift 10:30pm-7:00am - 10% shift premium

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plans and performs sequences of operations where the standard operational methods are available
• Makes general decisions as to setup sequences and correct responses when process monitoring indicates
• Prepares all gensets after testing
• Installs labels, door latches, silencers, etc
• Uses check sheets to audit gensets
• Checks paint appearances and ensures units are built to customers orders
• Requires painting of finished products and assists with packing of finished unit in cycle
• Exercises good housekeeping in work area
• Observes good safety practices in performance of job
• Necessary Skills: Requires ability to read and write, follow written process instructions, and record critical process information
