As Engineering Manager - Generator Services, you are responsible for establishing dedicated leadership for the technical execution of generator service orders at the Siemens Energy Charlotte Campus. You lead a team of experienced service engineering professionals, ensuring the release of accurate and complete product definitions on time and within budget while promoting a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
Your day includes overseeing resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting for generator service orders, while providing technical and professional guidance to your team. You also lead the technical review and fulfillment of customer orders for generator services, ensuring engineering specifications and project requirements are met.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you monitor project progress, proactively resolve technical challenges, manage project risks, and support on-time delivery. As the primary escalation point for technical issues related to generator service orders, you help drive successful project execution, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across engineering workflows.
