Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Three to seven years related experience preferred.
• Technical certification in automotive, lift truck, heavy equipment and/or diesel engine repair required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with customer equipment on site.
• Identify and order parts necessary for repairs and routine maintenance.
• Perform complex and/or major repairs on customer equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance following established guidelines and schedules.
• Complete work orders and time sheets accurately and timely.
• Assist lower-level technicians as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Use diagnostic tools and software to support repairs.
