Key Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot Automatic Transfer Switches, engine/generator controls, and excitation systems.
2. Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on power units, diesel and natural gas engines, and ATS as scheduled.
3. Communicate with sales, operations, and customers regarding service coverage, pricing, and policies.
4. Respond to inquiries about contract obligations and revisions.
5. Complete quotes and engineering estimates for customers.
6. Follow safety practices and company policies.
7. Provide outstanding service, fostering teamwork and positivity.
8. Report violations or non-compliance with policies.
9. Interpret safety rules, manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in the power field.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Clean driving record with no felonies and fewer than three moving violations.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
