Job description

Moon Active, a leading global mobile game developer entertaining millions worldwide, is seeking a highly skilled and creative Generative Content Creator to join the in-house video creative team of our Marketing Art Studio.

In this role, you will own video ad creatives end to end, from brief to delivery, across our portfolio: Coin Master, Travel Town, Reality Bay, Family Bay and more. You will create everything from scroll-stopping hooks and gameplay mechanics to rich narrative storytelling ads, at the pace and volume performance marketing demands.

You will direct generative tools (such as Seedance, Kling, Veo, Nano Banana 2, ChatGPT Image 2, ComfyUI, Suno, ElevenLabs, and others) alongside After Effects and Photoshop, combining the speed of AI with the storytelling fundamentals that make a shot work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• - Own Video Ads End to End: Take a brief and run it on your own, from concept, art and AI generation through sound, edit and delivery, across gameplay-driven ads, story-driven narratives, scroll-stopping hooks and reskins.
• - Learn What Wins: Study our ads' performance data alongside market trends and competitor creatives, and turn those insights into stronger hooks, angles and fresh ideas for every brief.
• - Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all AI-generated output strictly adheres to each game's visual style guide, character roster, quality standards, brand identity and IP/copyright guidelines.
• - Stay Ahead of AI Advancements: Research, test and bring emerging image, video and audio models to the team to continuously speed up our creative workflows.

REQUIREMENTS

• - Hands-On Video Production Experience: 3+ years of practical, professional work making video: shooting, animating, designing motion, building 3D or editing real productions from start to finish.
• - Expertise in Generative Video and Image: Hands-on experience with platforms like Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, Nano Banana 2 and ChatGPT Image 2, or similar. You translate film fundamentals (shot types, lenses, camera moves, lighting and action beats) into precise AI generations.
• - Adobe Finishing Skills: Strong command of After Effects for basic compositing, stitching shots, quick fixes, layers, masking, tracking and color; Premiere for timeline and editing work; and Photoshop for art and image work.
• - Strong Creative Fundamentals: A deep feel for story, timing and emotion, and a solid grasp of color, composition, lighting and anatomy to spot and fix imperfections in AI outputs.
• - Adaptive, Independent Mindset: A dynamic, out-of-the-box problem solver who adapts quickly as tools evolve, runs their work without waiting to be told and hits deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• - Ownership and Team Communication: Takes personal responsibility for every deliverable, raises issues early, and communicates clearly and openly with teammates, Leads and Creative Producers.

ADVANTAGES

• - Node-Based AI Pipelines: Experience building custom pipelines in ComfyUI for precision that presets can't give.
• - Building Your Own Tools: Familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor or basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, ExtendScript) to automate pipelines and speed up production.
• - 3D Software and AI Integration: Familiarity with Blender, Cinema 4D or Maya, and incorporating 3D assets into AI pipelines.
• - Game UI and Gameplay Motion: Ability to create mock gameplay, game UI and interactive mechanics using a mix of AI generation and After Effects motion graphics.
• - Performance Marketing Experience: A background in UA video ads or marketing creatives for mobile games.
