nooro is seeking exceptional AI Video Editors who can push the boundaries of AI-generated video. You will produce complete AI-driven content across formats, crafting cinematic scenes, authentic characters, and compelling storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Produce complete AI-generated videos from scripts and briefs.

• Write and optimize prompts across different AI models.
• Edit engaging videos with pacing, captions, VFX and sound design.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for someone who can take a script or concept and turn it into a complete, high-quality AI video.

You will create content across formats such as:

• AI Short Dramas: Cinematic stories with realistic characters, dialogue, and emotion.
• AI UGC: Authentic-looking creators, testimonials, product demos, and social ads.
• AI Songs & Music Videos: AI-generated music, vocals, jingles, and accompanying visuals.
• AI Cinematic Ads: High-quality advertisements built primarily with AI.

You should combine exceptional creative taste, advanced prompting skills, and strong editing ability, while constantly experimenting with new AI models and techniques.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce complete AI-generated videos from scripts and creative briefs.
• Generate realistic characters, environments, dialogue, and cinematic scenes.
• Maintain character, voice, and visual consistency across scenes.
• Create AI voiceovers, music, songs, sound effects, and accurate lip sync.
• Write and optimize prompts across different AI models.
• Edit engaging videos with strong pacing, captions, VFX, and sound design.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools and improve production speed and efficiency.
• Collaborate with our Creative Strategy team to create winning ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We're looking for strong hands-on experience with:

• AI Video: Google Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora, Higgsfield, or similar models.
• AI Images: Midjourney, FLUX, Nano Banana, or similar tools.
• AI Audio & Music: ElevenLabs, Suno, Udio, AI lip-sync tools, and voice generation.
• Editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent software.

You should also have:

• Advanced prompting skills and a strong understanding of different AI models.
• Experience producing complete AI videos, not just individual clips.
• Strong storytelling, cinematography, and short-form content instincts.
• Ability to create realistic characters, natural dialogue, and consistent scenes.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong English communication, and fast execution.

Bonus: ComfyUI, LoRAs, AI automation, custom workflows, and direct-response advertising experience.
