Job summary

GEN PLUS Group in the United States seeks a Mid-Level AI Creative to join our growing AI team. This hands-on role focuses on turning briefs into high-quality AI-generated content across video, imagery, and audio.

You will work with Seedance, Kling, Veo and Runway, edit in Premiere Pro, and help build repeatable AI workflows while maintaining craft and consistency; Greek and English language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in creative production, video, post-production or AI-generated content.
• Strong portfolio showing AI-driven video content and traditional video/editing work.
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools and generative image tools.

Responsibilities

• AI Content Creation: Create high-quality visual content across text-to-video and image-to-video using AI tools.
• Brief to Delivery: Translate briefs into AI-generated content and refine outputs based on feedback.
• Quality Control: Review outputs for artefacts, continuity issues and character inconsistencies; correct before final review.
• Post-Production: Edit and finish content in Premiere Pro, including AI-generated extensions and audio mixes.
• Workflow Development: Help build practical, repeatable AI workflows for the team.
• AI Tools & Trends: Stay updated on AI models and features; share findings with the team.

Job description

We are looking for a Mid-Level AI Creative to join our growing AI team. This is a hands-on creative role for someone with a strong understanding of generative AI, video production and post-production who can turn creative briefs into high-quality AI-generated content.

You’ll work across AI video, imagery, editing and audio, using the latest generative tools to produce content for a range of creative and commercial projects. You should be comfortable experimenting with new technology while maintaining a strong eye for craft, consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Content Creation: Create high-quality visual content across text-to-video and image-to-video using tools such as Seedance, Kling, Veo and Runway, choosing appropriate models and techniques for each shot.
• Brief to Delivery: Translate creative briefs into AI-generated content, develop reference imagery and refine outputs based on creative direction and feedback.
• Quality Control: Review outputs for generation artefacts, continuity issues and character inconsistencies, making corrections before content moves to final review.
• Post-Production: Edit and finish content in Premiere Pro, including AI-generated extensions, and support the creation of voice, music, sound design and final audio mixes.
• Workflow Development: Contribute to building and documenting practical, repeatable AI workflows that can be shared across the creative team.
• AI Tools & Trends: Keep up to date with new AI models and features, test relevant tools and share useful findings and recommendations with the team.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in creative production, video, post-production or AI-generated content.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating AI-driven video content, alongside examples of conventional video or edited work.

Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Seedance, Kling, Veo or Runway, plus familiarity with generative image tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion or Firefly.

Editing Skills: Good working knowledge of Premiere Pro, with the ability to create clean, well-paced edits and work confidently with audio.

Creative Eye: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify AI artefacts, inconsistencies and quality issues and refine or regenerate content where needed.

Collaboration: Comfortable presenting work, taking creative feedback and sharing knowledge with the wider team.

Learning Mindset: Curious and proactive about emerging AI tools, with a willingness to experiment and continuously develop skills.

Language: Professional-level Greek and English, both written and spoken.
