Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and Corporate Development in designing and deploying production-ready GenAI solutions that improve efficiency, decision-making, and compliance.

You will operate within the enterprise AI architecture, governance, and security framework and collaborate with AI Champions, IT partners, and Enterprise AI Architects to deliver scalable, governed AI capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Data/Information Science, Engineering, or related field.
Master's degree preferred in CS/Data Science/Business Analytics.
5+ years building production GenAI or ML applications.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and productionize AI/GenAI solutions across Finance, HR, Legal, and Corporate Development, including contract review, financial close support, recruiting workflows, and audit analytics.
Identify and prioritize use cases with AI Champions and IT partners against value drivers (Revenue, Cost, Working Capital, Speed, Risk/Compliance).
Integrate vendor/SaaS tools (Phenom, BrightHire, Oracle AI, Synthesia, contract-review automation) into the governed platform.
Build data-to-AI pipelines using governed Databricks data with RBAC propagation and PII controls.
Ensure governance and security compliance via AI Security Review Gate and Architecture Review Board; enforce AI-WISE, SOX, and data-privacy.
Train AI Champions and SPOCs; document solution usage; support governance sessions.
Measure and report solution ROI (hours saved, audit findings, hiring-cycle time, contract turnaround).
