Accountabilities

• Generate large volumes of high‑quality, photorealistic images and visual assets using advanced AI tools and platforms
• Refine and retouch AI-generated visuals to achieve a level indistinguishable from real‑world photography
• Collaborate with cross‑functional creative teams to develop and execute visual concepts aligned with brand and campaign objectives
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality across all generated assets
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI, image synthesis, and creative technologies
• Develop and maintain internal standards, workflows, and best practices for AI-generated content and visual realism

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in photo editing and retouching software such as Photoshop or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including lighting, composition, texture, and color theory
• Solid knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and limitations of AI-generated content
• Familiarity with image detection tools and techniques related to AI-generated media
• Ability to manage high-volume production workflows while maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Experience with version control systems or batch processing workflows is a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within remote and international teams
