Industrial Color, the AI-driven studio within CoCreativ, is seeking a Senior Generative AI Designer with a background in commercial production and experience using AI across image and video workflows.

You will create high-quality AI-generated imagery and motion content for leading brands, lead projects from brief to delivery, and develop strong visual storytelling while collaborating with directors, editors and producers.

Competenze

• Professional experience in commercial production, filmmaking, VFX, CG, animation, motion design, editing, compositing, retouching, post-production or a related creative field.
• Demonstrated experience creating professional work using generative AI.
• Experience producing both still imagery and motion/video.
• Experience working against creative briefs and incorporating client or stakeholder feedback.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition and finishing.
• Hands-on knowledge of current generative AI image and video tools and workflows.
• Experience with traditional creative or post-production tools.
• Ability to manage projects from concept through final delivery.
• Experience working in a production company, studio, agency, post-production environment or similarly client-driven creative setting strongly preferred.

We’re looking for a Senior Generative AI Designer with a background in commercial creative production and experience using AI across image and video workflows.

Candidates may come from filmmaking, VFX, CG, animation, motion design, editing, compositing, retouching, post-production or a related creative discipline. You should be comfortable working from a brief, incorporating feedback and taking projects through final delivery.

The work will span a range of clients, industries and visual styles, so flexibility and strong creative problem-solving skills are important.

We are open to both full-time and freelance candidates. Freelance engagements may have the opportunity to extend into longer-term or permanent roles.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality AI-generated images and videos for commercial projects

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors, including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
