Remote (Based at an approved local secure facility). We work US time zones and ask that you're available during those hours, even if that means adjusting your schedule.

This role exists to produce high-quality visual content that is consistent with brand standards and ready for use without multiple rounds of revision. You will combine traditional design skills with AI image generation tools to deliver work efficiently and accurately. Work is primarily asynchronous, so the ability to interpret briefs independently and execute without close direction is essential. You will be part of an internationally distributed creative team that holds visual precision and brand consistency to a high standard.

What You'll Do

• Generate and refine visual assets using AI image tools such as Midjourney and DALL-E, guided by structured prompt engineering
• Own the quality and brand accuracy of all design output before it is submitted for review
• Apply composition and layout principles to produce visuals that are both functional and on-brand
• Finalize and adapt AI-generated assets within Adobe Creative Suite for production use
• Maintain brand guideline documentation and ensure all output adheres to established visual standards

What We're Looking For

• 1–5 years of experience in graphic design with AI tools, or 5+ years at a mid-senior level
• Hands‑on experience with Midjourney, DALL-E, or comparable AI image generation platforms
• Proficiency in prompt engineering techniques to produce consistent, usable results
• Solid grounding in design principles including composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for asset refinement and production
• Demonstrated experience working within and applying brand guidelines
