Job summary

Wimmer Solutions Corporation is seeking a Generative AI / Backend Developer for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will design backend systems that integrate with AI models, build scalable SaaS products, and optimize deployments across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will influence architecture and collaborate with founders and leadership to advance cybersecurity solutions. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of software development, strong backend skills (Python/Go/TypeScript),

Qualifications

5 years of software development experience.
Backend experience with Python/Go/TypeScript.
Experience with SQL, NoSQL, Graph databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models.
SaaS platform development experience.
Understanding of application security concepts.
Excellent communication skills and a startup mindset.

Responsibilities

Design and build backend systems that integrate with Generative AI models and APIs.
Develop scalable SaaS products that automate complex security workflows.
Work with emerging AI technologies and stay current with the latest research.
Optimize containerized deployments across cloud and on-prem environments.
Influence technical decisions and shape backend architecture.
Collaborate closely with founders and engineering leadership.
