Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Go.
• Strong Go concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels, contexts).
• Hands-on experience building production gRPC and REST APIs in Go.
• Experience with Kubernetes-native development (client-go, controller-runtime).
• Solid experience with relational and key-value data stores.
• Understanding distributed systems and networking fundamentals.
• CI/CD pipelines and container-based deployment.
• Excellent debugging and performance engineering skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement performant backend services and APIs in Go, with concurrency and resource management.
• Build cloud-native applications using Go and Kubernetes-native libraries.
• Develop CLI tools, Kubernetes controllers, and operators for internal platforms.
• Implement gRPC and REST APIs with observability and security.
• Profile and optimize Go applications for memory and latency.
• Integrate with messaging systems (Kafka, NATS) and data stores.
• Build automated tests (unit, integration, benchmarks).
• Implement structured logging, metrics, and distributed tracing.
• Lead code reviews and uphold Go engineering standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal Go libraries.
