RES is seeking an Industrial Controls and SCADA (IC&S) Engineer - Generation to lead generation controls for utility-scale renewable projects. You will act as SME, developing and executing control strategies for HMI displays, EMS, PPC, DCS, and related systems across wind, energy storage, and solar assets.

You will collaborate with Engineering Delivery, Project Execution, clients and subcontractors to ensure ISO and utility grid compliance and successful project handover.

Competenze

• Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 2+ years extra experience, or 4+ years in a similar role.
• 4+ years of IC&S experience is required.
• Domestic and international travel 5–15%.
• Strong knowledge of utility-scale power and generation controls.
• Proficient in Excel with data analysis capabilities.

Mansioni

• Serve as SME for Generation Controls across wind, energy storage, and solar.
• Oversee control system designs, FAT/SAT, narratives, BOMs, and wiring diagrams.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams to meet requirements.
• Ensure compliance with NERC, IEEE, and ISO requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and support QA/QC.
