Puget Sound Energy's Generation Electrical & Controls group seeks an Electrical Engineer with experience in industrial processes and controls to join our team. The role focuses on reviewing designs, supporting commissioning, and improving control systems across wind, solar, hydro, and storage assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field required or eligible for PE.
• Experience with power generation plant controls and protective relaying.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify complex engineering designs and drawings.
• Support commissioning and troubleshoot wind/solar generation and plant equipment.
• Lead project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation.
• Develop maintenance plans and plant procedures.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and NERC considerations.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
