Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a Medical Technologist/MLT to join an acute-care laboratory team in Oregon. You will perform testing across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, Microbiology, and Microscopy and handle phlebotomy and specimen collection.

The role requires ASCP and BLS certifications, 2+ years of experience, and flexibility with shifts. Cerner/Oracle EHR experience preferred. Pride Health provides comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of laboratory experience.
• Recent phlebotomy experience required.
• Well-rounded generalist across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, Microbiology, and Microscopy.
• Cerner/Oracle EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing as a well-rounded generalist across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, Microbiology, and Microscopy.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection.
• Process and plate microbiology specimens and perform Gram stains.
• Operate laboratory equipment and document results accurately.
• Maintain quality, safety, and accuracy standards across the lab.
