Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a Medical Technologist/MLT to join an acute-care laboratory team in Oregon. You will perform testing across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, Microbiology, and Microscopy and handle phlebotomy and specimen collection.

Position Overview:

Seeking a skilled Medical Technologist / MLT to join an acute-care laboratory team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory testing as a well-rounded generalist across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, Microbiology, and Microscopy.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection.
• Process and plate microbiology specimens and perform Gram stains.
• Operate laboratory equipment and maintain accurate test documentation.
• Work across the laboratory bench while maintaining quality, safety, and accuracy standards.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of laboratory experience.
• Recent phlebotomy experience required.
• Well-rounded generalist experience across multiple laboratory areas.
• ASCP certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Must be flexible with either scheduled shift.
• Cerner/Oracle EHR experience preferred.

Preferred Equipment Experience

• Vitek – Microbiology
• Sysmex – Hematology
• Manual Ortho Gel – Blood Bank
