Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician CPT I or CPT II or MLT license preferred in OR/HI; required in CA.

Responsibilities

• Obtains blood specimens by venipunctures and finger sticks.
• Verifies specimen identification and prepares testing paperwork.
• Maintains equipment and supports QA activities.
• Communicates with departments and physicians to facilitate lab work.
• Assists in supplies management and quality controls.
